As Xero Partners we can provide a free (all features & unlimited users) 30 day trial of the software and if you wish to go ahead we will handle the billing and subscription. We can setup all user roles as directed by you and then offer support by viewing and sharing the same information at the same time. We also encourage the sending of documents electronically which you can do easily and securely from our client portal.
